This is my Grandma Betty's mink-trimmed hat. I'm not usually one to wear fur, but this hat is so warm and made to last, that I'll make an exception in this case. Also in the frame is a white leather ottoman. This piece doesn't really fit in with anything in my house, but I like it so much that I may have to redecorate in order to make it work.

I love turquoise, so I was immediately drawn to this bag, but there was also wonderful surprise waiting inside... a bowling ball! Who knew a bowling ball bag could be so stylish?

These are the sweetest curtain holdbacks I've ever seen. I was even intrigued by them before I figured out what they were used for.

The quote says, "I'm not very experienced, but I'm willing to learn." This is totally going up in my studio space. It's a bit ironic now, but it's good to remind me of my roots. Plus the quirky baby image just makes me laugh.
